For cleaning professionals

Get introduced to households near you

We refer households to independent, self-employed cleaners in South Jersey. You stay self-employed, you set your rate, and the household pays you.

What stays yours

Your rate

You quote the household and keep the full amount. We take no commission on the first clean or the ones after it.

Your schedule

Take a referral or leave it. We assign nothing, and we do not score you on what you turn down.

Your clients

After the introduction the client is yours. We step out.

Three things, then we start referring

1

Tell us how you work

The townships you cover, the days you have open, and whether you take move-out cleans as well as recurring work.

2

Show your paperwork

Identification, and your insurance if you carry it. Households ask, so have your answer ready.

3

Take the first referral

We send a household that fits. You speak with them, quote your rate, and settle the work between you.

The working relationship

You stay self-employed from the first referral onward.

BrightDwell does not employ cleaning professionals, does not perform cleaning services, and does not collect or process payments between households and cleaners. You invoice and are paid by the household directly; BrightDwell invoices its own referral fee only.
